Training with Sheta
I know that many of us are juggling enough with life/family and work and often time at the gym is a luxury you can only squeeze in at the best of times.
After 7 years at Les Mills (Hamilton) I am now working freelance....so no matter what gym you are a member of, I'm here to help.
I also have my own studio for training; either for one-on-ones or group training.
Starting with me begins with a consultation where we will discuss your goals, and also the steps it will take you to reach it. I will personalise each programme to suit you, and your time frame, with regular progress checks along the way to make sure we are on track… seeing my clients is the most rewarding part of my career.
Maybe you would like to add definition to your body. Do you have a special event coming up that you want to look and feel great for? Have you had children and want to get back to your pre-baby body? Have you realised that you no longer want to carry around excess kilos? Or maybe you just want to get in shape.
As your trainer, I can help with all that and more. I will become your coach, educator and cheerleader, and I will be there for you every step of the way. I will customize a programme to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Some people may use me several times a week, others may want an occasional check-in to get a new programme and feed back – it’s all up to you!
As your personal trainer I will:
- Provide you with a personalised exercise programme. This is designed specifically for you, as your goals are as individual as you are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
- Supervise your exercise. During one-on-one sessions you will have my complete attention to make sure you are using proper form and technique and that you get the most from your workout. I will also discuss and give you advanced techniques that will challenge you.
- Provide an online service. I know that I am not available ‘in person’ all the time. I am available online to help with questions you may have.
- Help you with eating. Fueling the body is extremely important. I will teach you healthy eating that will last you a lifetime!
- To make sure you are on target with your goals, constantly monitor your progress.
